1. Application Overview

KoraKick is a mobile application designed to connect football players across Morocco. The app allows users to discover and join pickup games, book football facilities, create and manage teams, and participate in tournaments. Our platform facilitates the organization of matches by providing tools for scheduling, team formation, and communication between players.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KoraKick, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application or services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including players, team managers, and facility owners.

3. Account

When registering with KoraKick, the user must use their phone number to authenticate their identity and provide the following information:

• Last Name
• First Name
• Phone Number
• Password
• Email

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and assume full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. In case of unauthorized use or security breach, you agree to notify KoraKick immediately. Using another user's account is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from KoraKick. KoraKick disclaims any liability for losses or damages resulting from non-compliance with these conditions.

You may delete your account at any time by sending a request to our support team. However, KoraKick may retain certain data in accordance with its Privacy Policy or legal obligations, solely to ensure the proper functioning of the platform.

KoraKick reserves the right to suspend or delete your account without notice in case of violation of these Terms, provision of false information, or behavior that harms the use of the platform by other users.

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on KoraKick are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content from our platform without prior written permission. By posting content on KoraKick, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

5. Affiliated Clubs

Affiliated clubs are facilities that have entered into a formal partnership agreement with KoraKick. These clubs benefit from enhanced visibility on our platform and may offer exclusive features such as in-app booking, real-time availability. KoraKick acts exclusively as a matching platform provider. Partner Clubs are solely responsible for the validity of their time slots, the quality of their facilities, and the proper execution of the service, which is paid directly on site.

6. Referenced Clubs

Referenced clubs are facilities listed on KoraKick for informational purposes only, without a formal partnership agreement. While we strive to provide accurate information about these clubs, KoraKick does not guarantee the accuracy of details such as pricing, availability, or amenities. Users are encouraged to contact referenced clubs directly to confirm information before visiting. KoraKick assumes no responsibility for the services provided by referenced clubs.

7. External Bookings and Services

KoraKick may display or facilitate access to external booking services or third-party platforms. These external services are governed by their own terms and conditions. KoraKick acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, availability, or any disputes arising from services booked through external providers. Users are advised to review the terms of external services before making any bookings or purchases.

8. Event Participation

When participating in matches or events organized through KoraKick, you agree to:

• Arrive on time at the designated location
• Respect other players, referees, and facility staff
• Follow the rules of the game and facility regulations
• Wear appropriate sports attire and equipment
• Report any incidents or injuries immediately

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account restrictions. Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Payments

Payments are made in cash directly at the club. KoraKick does not intervene in the collection or refund of these payments. All financial transactions are handled between users and the facility.

11. Assumption of Risk, Liability and Indemnification

You acknowledge that participating in sports activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. KoraKick is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during matches or activities organized through our platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KoraKick, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the platform or participation in events. We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate sports insurance coverage.

12. Media Release and Event Recordings

By participating in events organized through KoraKick, you grant permission for photos and videos to be taken during the event. These recordings may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the event organizer before the event begins.
